About 

Born from the love of baking from one generation to another. It's your typical at-the-table family story, always being surrounded with the smell of caramelised butter, sweet sugar and leftover flour around the kitchen top.

My mom taught me how to respect ingredients as my grandma did to her, and my head chefs from a 5* hotel in London and exclusive private clubs taught me all about experimenting and organization. Emerging out of all these accumulated values: A unique gourmand Oui Cookie recipe.
