  • Do you do big orders?
    Absolutely! Order as many as your heart desires, just email us salut@ouidessert.com and we will be happy to assist no matter how big or crazy!
  • Do you do custom or bespoke orders other than cookies?
    Yes we do, our chef is a professional pastry chef. We can cater for bespoke cakes, brownies, or pastries. Just email us at salut@ouidessert.com
  • Do you do Gluten free or Vegan?
    We are working on it, our kitchen is still tweaking and experimenting with the recipe.
  • Do you do different flavours?
    We are working on Limited Editions flavours to join our existing flavours.
  • Why is my delivery late?
    We use a third party courier company for certain areas and while cookies are always prepared on time from our side, occasionally there are issues on the driver side. We are working to resolve all of these issues to ensure no cookies are delivered later than expected.
  • How I can amend or cancel my order?
    If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. We will always be as accommodating as we can if you need to change or postpone an order but please bear in mind that we may have had to turn away other customers to fulfil your booking for a particular date so refunds/changes are not always possible.
  • Why Oui Dessert?
    It's a homage and a playful pronounciation of the french word "oui" and "we". A tribute to the women in our homes for always keeping the kitchen alive and to all the cookies we devour during childhood (including yearly eids). The french twist is from our chef who albeit a local - is a pastry chef with a french baking background.
  • What does oui mean?
    "Yes" in french. And you shall never turn down a cookie.
  • Who is the Chef?
    Our chef is Thara Aziz. Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London, worked at a 5 stars hotel in London and was trained by a co-celeb chef on the infusion of east and west patisserie.
